I love this one because it’s all about self love. We hear about self love and self care all the time, but are we really practicing it? One of my few favorite expressions of self love and self care is staying on top of your bone health! Just last year when I went for a routine visit to my gynecologist and she asked me when I had my last Dexa scan…..well, the rest is history! I decided to partner with Amgen on this special program so I can educate all of you about bone health while learning a thing or to about good posture…..and just taking really good care of yourself.
