Strut Talk Runway Therapy founder Lolita Frazier is my partner in crime for this inspiring, educational Instagram Live series. This unique monthly virtual workshop is the perfect blend of bone health AND runway therapy. Bottom line? Lolita and I are on a mission to lift you up on days when you just don’t feel like yourself. Whether you’re a newly diagnosed breast cancer patient, thriver, or caregiver….all are welcome!

Lolita showed us how to do a “wall angel.” This exercise helps strengthen your shoulder and back muscles while opening up tight chest muscles. Bottom line? It’s a powerful tool for improving your posture which is really good for your bones.
Lolita is full of incredible wisdom and I LOVE her mantras. Be sure to read this one to yourself every morning! “You don’t need a new year to make a change. All you need is a new day.”
We closed out this special edition of, “Strutting Your Way To Healthy Bones” with one of Lolita’s amazing strut lessons, while talking about what your strut says about you. How you old yourself affects how you feel, and how others perceive you. She also reminded us of her strut checklist, to help you strut into each day with confidence and great posture which also contributes to good bone health:
