“I jump out of bed every single morning knowing that I’m going to make at least one woman feel beautiful throughout her cancer journey…and beyond.”

Thanks for stopping by!

Hey! So glad you found me. Cancer Fashionista wasn’t developed in a board room. It wasn’t something that came to me in a dream. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was like, “Where’s The Vogue of Breast Cancer? Where do I find a fabulous wig? What should I do about my lashes? What kind of bra should I wear? Here I am. Here it is. Here we go……

You are Beautiful Inside and Out

Can a new pair of pumps or a tube of red lipstick change your breast cancer diagnosis? Nope. Not even close. But looking your best does help you feel better.  And why not pamper yourself even more when you’re going through treatment….I mean who’s better than YOU?!

Testimonials

What People are Saying

I wish I never had breast cancer, but I’ll tell you this. I’ve met some of the most AMAZING people, brands and non-profit organizations along the way. When I invited them to write a little something about me for this testimonial section, I pretty much blushed after reading each one. I am one lucky girl. Thank you all, and I hope I continue to make you VERY proud!

"We have so much love for Melissa from Cancer Fashionista for all her collaboration! Melissa’s infectious energy combined with her impressive fashion and communications experience makes her a favorite of ours to work with. She has always supported and helped us inform and reach more people in our community, and assists with promotion and pitching of our annual NYFW show, including bringing an engaging Instagram takeover campaign to life. Not only is she a joy to partner with, Melissa makes Cancer Fashionista such a positive and inspiring platform, and empowers the community with resources, sharing stories and at events. As a longtime supporter and friend, I would recommend Melissa and Cancer Fashionista to anyone!"
